Career Highlights
Hilary is a highly accomplished executive coach and facilitator, with significant talent leadership experience at several large organizations in the United States. Most recently, she managed Executive Coaching, Development Assessments, & Onboarding at CVS Health, a Fortune 10 company with over 300,000 employees. Prior to her 5 years at CVS Health, she spent 10 years at Citizens Bank in various Executive Development roles where she coached leaders, debriefed assessments, led work in succession planning and executive development, and consulted on organizational and talent issues. A Fortune 500 firm, Citizens Bank is currently the 13th largest bank in the United States. This follows a 15-year career in a broad range of business line leadership roles at what is now Fortune 20 Bank of America. These leadership roles included strategic planning, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, internal audit, deposit pricing, credit systems, corporate re-engineering, and commercial lending. For 4 years in between Bank of America and Citizens Bank, Hilary was a partner in a boutique, business development and sales training firm.
Coaching Expertise
Hilary has over eight years of coaching experience, at CVS Health and Citizens Bank as well as in private practice. Since 2022, she’s also been coaching global leaders participating in executive education programs at Harvard Business School where she’s worked with some of the world’s largest global companies as well as large government entities. This includes Fortune Global 5 Aramco in Saudi Arabia and Fortune Arabia 25 OCP Group in Morocco as well as the U.S. Department of Commerce. She’s been a member of Hudson’s Talent Leaders Roundtable since 2022 and served as Executive Committee Member of The Conference Board’s Coaching & Leadership Development Council from 2021 to 2024.
Certifications & Education
She holds certificates in Evidence Based Coaching and Leadership & Management Effectiveness from Fielding and an undergraduate degree from Northwestern, having also completed executive programs in finance and strategy at Wharton and MIT, respectively. Hilary has worked with a wide variety of development assessments, with certification and experience in DISC, MBTI, Hogan, MySuccess 360, EQi 2.0, RBSE (Reflected Best Self Exercise), Predictive Index (PI), Clifton Strengths, Kantor Baseline Profile, Immunity to Change, Korn Ferry 360, ESCI, Learning Agility, and Leadership Architect and DDI 360, Leadership Readiness, and Manager Ready.
Strengths & Personal Interests
Hilary is a strong strategic thinker and relationship builder with developed expertise in coaching, assessments, and facilitation as well as strategic talent and business consulting. A well-regarded speaker and leader in the talent space, she is known for her strategic partnership and collaboration skills. On the personal side, she is married, with three grown children, and is passionate about health and wellness. She currently resides in Rhode Island near the beach, where she enjoys sprint triathlons and half-marathons.
